About Friends of Wyvern

Our mission

Friends of Wyvern (FoW) is the Parent Teacher Association for Wyvern College. We are parents, carers, staff, and local supporters working together to fund projects that the core school budget cannot fully cover.

Our goal is simple: provide practical improvements that create better learning, wellbeing, and enrichment opportunities for students.

Who we are

Friends of Wyvern is a registered charity (Charity Number 1210988). The charity is run by a volunteer committee that meets termly to review priorities and plan fundraising activity.

All parents, carers, staff, current students, and former students are part of the Friends of Wyvern community. If you would like to support us, visit the Get Involved page.

What we fund

Funds are directed to projects that produce clear student benefit. This includes equipment, facilities, and targeted support initiatives requested by school departments and reviewed against impact.
