New Hand-Mixers for Food Tech

We are delighted to announce that one of our key fundraising goals has been achieved, thanks to the incredible generosity of the Friends of Wyvern and our wider community. A set of brand-new hand mixers has been purchased for our Food Preparation and Nutrition classes, and they are already making a difference in the classroom.

The new mixers have brought an exciting dynamic to our Food Technology lessons. Students are now able to engage in more hands-on activities, from creating delicate Swiss rolls to mastering a variety of cake recipes. These practical experiences are vital in helping students develop essential skills and confidence as they prepare for their GCSE qualifications.
